History

Beakbane Limited was founded in 1954 by Renault Beakbane, whose family had a tannery that processed leather. Today, very few leather bellows are made as new rubber and plastic materials offer improved chemical, temperature and abrasion resistances at more economical prices.

The Company has grown and expanded in the Kidderminster area and now employs approximately 125 people.

In the 1970’s, the Company diversified into producing steel telescopic covers for the machine tool industry and this now forms a major part of the business.

Quality products have always taken a major importance and the Company gained ISO 9001 approval in 1994, and now have BS EN ISO 9001:2000 accreditation.

We aim to utilise the latest technology equipment, and have invested heavily in computer technology, laser/punch metal cutting machines and other CNC equipment. This enables us to offer quality/repeatable products.

Exports from the U.K. have also been a strategic issue for the Company, so enquiries from all over the world are welcome, and will receive our prompt attention.
