Metal Fabrications - from design to finished assembly

We have invested heavily in our manufacturing capabilities to support our machinery protection business. That capability also allows us to offer a complete subcontract manufacturing service for metal fabrications, from design to finished assemblies.

Our subcontract manufacturing service covers everything from 2D and 3D design - using AutoCad and SolidWorks - through to fabrication, finishing and final assembly.

Sheet metalworking facilities include a Trumpf laser punch combination machine, a Trumpf 3030 laser profiling machine and two LVD 3m CNC Easy Form Laser press brakes.

We can punch, profile and bend precision components in mild steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 12mm and 8mm in aluminium.

This sheet metal capability is backed up by our expertise in plastics, fabrics and composites, and follow-on operations that include MIG, TIG, spot and gas welding, mechanical and electrical assembly, and finishing.

We have been accredited to ISO 9001 since 1994 and are used to working to JIT and ship-to-line requirements for global manufacturing companies.

As well as supplying precision components and fabrications, we work with a number of customers on a supply partnership basis to manufacture complete products.
