Each Beakbane Roller Blind consists of a durable blind material wound around a metallic tube, which is fitted with sealed precision ball bearings at both ends.

Within the tube lies a premium-quality, helically wound steel spring connected at one end, while the other end is affixed to the axle.

The blind material is securely attached to the tube's exterior and encircles it.

In operation, the machine's forward movement unfurls the blind material from the tube. This rotation accumulates energy within the spring mechanism, enabling the blind to retract automatically on the machine's return journey.
