These helical metal covers are designed to encase and shield essential cylindrical components. They feature interlocking coils that not only block out pollutants but also clean off any accumulated dirt and debris with each movement.

The inherent springiness ensures the cover stays secure as it stretches and retracts along two parallel planes.

Installation is straightforward, typically involving simple flanges to situate the cover over the end of a rod, shaft, or screw assembly. For added convenience, "open wound" versions can be directly wound onto the existing machinery without needing to dismantle any part of it.

Covers

The covers come in hardened carbon spring steel with a sleek blue finish, enhancing their aesthetic appeal. For environments that demand more robust solutions, stainless steel and copper options are available. The product range accommodates a variety of sizes, with internal diameters from 7mm up to 300mm and lengths that can extend to a maximum of 4500mm.
