Silicone
Silicone Film
Silicone film retains all the advantageous characteristics of standard silicone in a significantly more compact form, providing a lightweight alternative without compromising on quality. It operates effectively within a broad temperature range, from -45 °C to +200 °C, and is chemically inert, boasting robust resistance to environmental factors, UV, and ozone. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional permeability to gases and vapours.
Silicone Nomex
The Silicone Nomex, renowned for its lightweight design, boasts an impressive high-temperature threshold, sustaining continuous exposure to temperatures as high as 288°C (550°F). This makes it an indispensable asset in environments such as heavy-duty environments.
Its robust feature set includes resistance to vibration and flames, meeting the stringent UL94 criteria. With a remarkable compression ratio of 5:1, the fabric construction enhances the product's flexibility, durability, and resistance to wear and tear. The internal structure is reinforced with a spring steel wire helix, ensuring a tight bend radius while preserving a smooth internal surface, making it exceptionally suited for dynamic applications like hose reels and fixed extractor systems. Moreover, it demonstrates formidable resistance to a broad spectrum of oils, solvents, ozone, water, fungi, and alkalis.

Silicone Kevlar
Silicone Kevlar represents a top-tier material engineered for demanding environments where durability and adaptability are paramount. This material fuses the robustness of aramid fibres with the thermal stability and slick surface of silicone rubber, creating a composite that excels in challenging conditions.
The inherent resilience of aramid fibres to wear, chemical interactions, and extreme heat is amplified by a silicone overlay, which enhances defence against water, oils, and various environmental pressures. The composite's impressive strength-to-weight ratio delivers sturdy yet lightweight solutions, while its pliability facilitates flawless incorporation into a range of design frameworks.
Favoured across multiple sectors, Silicone Kevlar is tailored to withstand the stringent requirements of the aerospace, automotive, industrial production, and personal protective equipment sectors.
Notable Characteristics:
Endures temperatures up to +220°C
Augmented tenacity and robustness
Superior resistance to chemicals
Exceptional cut resistance; remains flexible and light
Withstands high temperatures
Silicone coating approved for food contact
Impervious to weather, UV rays and moisture
Anti-adhesive properties
Simplified cleaning process
Silicone Polyester
Silicone-coated polyester fabric is a versatile material that boasts a range of beneficial attributes. Silicone imparts outstanding dielectric qualities and provides robust resistance to extreme temperatures, chemicals, ozone, ultraviolet light, and the effects of aging. Its non-stick nature, along with being neutral and non-toxic, ensures it does not degrade or react adversely with items it contacts. However, it does have its limitations, such as susceptibility to damage when in contact with petroleum-based products, ketones, chlorinated solvents, and concentrated mineral acids, and it possesses relatively low mechanical strength.
On the other hand, polyester, a widely produced synthetic fibre, is composed predominantly of ester functions and terephthalic acid, making up at least 80% of its mass. The fibre is known for its lightness, flexibility, and resistance to ultraviolet light. Notably, polyester is not easily flammable, softens at approximately 245°C, and melts near 250°C. Its excellent shape retention qualifies it for use in creating crease-resistant textiles, and its specific weave patterns enhance heat dissipation. Our technical team is ready to provide expert guidance in tailoring silicone-coated polyester fabric to meet your specific needs.
Silicone Cloth
Silicone coated glass cloth, crafted from a pliable, high-temperature resistant glass fabric, is available with a silicone layer on one or both surfaces. This coating imparts superior heat and weather resistance, although it is less resistant to solvents, oils, and both alkaline and acidic substances. The silicone's inherent release qualities also endow the material with anti-adhesive properties. Its versatility makes it ideal for applications such as flexible connectors, sleeves, bellows, thermal drapes, and seals.
Available in custom sizes, rolls, or tailored to specific needs, silicone coated glass cloth meets a variety of industrial demands.
Notable Characteristics:
Endures temperatures up to +250°C, varying by grade
Exhibits high thermal conductivity.
Offers exceptional resistance to heat
Maintains good resistance to a broad range of chemicals
Demonstrates outstanding corrosion resistance
