Beakbane has the capability and experience to deliver a sub-contract steel fabrication service, from design to finished assemblies.
Our sub-contract steel fabrication service covers everything from 2D and 3D design – using AutoCAD and SolidWorks – through to fabrication, finishing and final assembly. With our strategic partners we can offer a variety of painted and plated finishes.
Sheet metalworking facilities are constantly being updated and currently include:-
- Trumpf laser punch combination machine,
- Trumpf 3030 laser profiling machine,
- two LVD 3m CNC Easy Form Laser press brakes
- an Amada 3m ATC Press brake.
We can punch, profile and bend precision components in mild steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 12mm and 8mm in aluminium.
This sheet metal capability is backed up by our expertise in welding, include MIG, TIG, spot and gas. A recent addition of a robot welding cell allows us to tackle high volume requirements.
